Exhibitor badges
To make it as easy as possible for you and your stand personnel, we have an exhibitors reception where you can pick up your exhibitor badges. We kindly ask you to park your car near the exhibitors reception during the set up days and the first day of the trade show.
My Easyfairs
After your registration as an exhibitor for Auto Prof, you will receive your credentials for My Easyfairs. Here you can place orders, such as electricity or furniture. You will also see your stand number in My Easyfairs. Furthermore, you can fill in your company information here which will be visible on the exhibitors list of our website and will be shared with visitors who scan your badgereader.
Parking
Exhibitors receive two exhibitors badges, including parking tickets for the entire week of the trade show. Visitors and extra stand personnel have to pay for a parking ticket.
