When attending a trade fair, there is a lot on your mind. Beforehand, you need to prepare a number of things and invite your customers. During the trade fair, you want to get as much out of your participation as possible. And after the exhibition, you want to follow up on the visitors you have spoken to in the best possible way. 2. What is included in my EasyGo marketing package?
Part of your participation in an Easyfairs event is the EasyGo package. This package helps you get in touch with more potential customers. Through digital marketing technologies such as My Easyfairs, the Smart Badge Reader and the Visit Connect web application, we make your event even easier.
There are three different packages: EasyGo Leads, EasyGo Plus & EasyGo Premium. Have you forgotten which one you took out?
Then look in your participation confirmation in your e-mail or login to My Easyfairs and check your package under your participation.
Whatever package you have, EasyGo makes generating and following up leads easier. In the annex, you will find an overview of all components.
To upgrade your package, go to My Easyfairs, manage stand and then at the top to View Packages. Request a quote here or contact your sales contact.

Promoting your participation and organisation is simple. The video on the right explains it all for you exactly step by step.
Participation in this service is easy. You upload the customer list (max. 3,000 addresses) in our secure environment in My Easyfairs and we will provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it.
Once you have logged into My Easyfairs, you can enter your company information if you had not already done so. Once that is all filled in, you will be taken to the page where you will be given an overview of all the options for completing your profile. Here you can add products, innovations, news items and vacancies.
We have ready-made marketing material for you that you can easily download in My Easyfairs. You can use this marketing material 1:1 in a newsletter, social media or mailing, for example.

Your participation starts even before the event has started. Complete your profile on My Easyfairs to give visitors the opportunity to get to know your company in advance.
As a first step, fill in all the basic information about your company. In addition, write a piece of text about what the visitor can expect from you as an exhibitor.
With an EasyGo Plus or Premium package, you also have the option of uploading your logo.
As a final step, don’t forget to add the company category.
You can easily view your own profile via our website.

10. Welcome more visitors to your stand by using the invitation service
Without business cards and all in one digital overview! Easyfairs has specially developed the Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect to capture leads in a sustainable and efficient way during an event.
We offer 2 digital options to capture visitor information instantly. The Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect are designs to easily capture visitor information.
Easygo is a service package based on the latest developments in digital marketing technology.
It is part of Easyfairs’ standard offering, but you can choose one of three packages that best suits your objectives.
Visit Connect is online environment that you can access on your smartphone or tablet. With Visit Connect, you can easily collect information from visitors to your stand. By scanning the visitor badge with the tool, you will receive all the data you need for lead follow-up.

11. increase the number of leads by making maximum use of smart badge technology
During the trade fair, you collected leads digitally with the Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect. Naturally, you would like to follow up on these. In this video we therefore show you how to easily receive, download and follow up your leads.
On the last exhibition day, our team will be happy to collect your Smart Badge Reader from you about an hour before the exhibition ends. Would you like to leave it for a while? Then you can hand it in yourself at the exhibitor desk at the end of the fair.
12. qualify your leads with visit connect
The leads from Visit Connect are visible to you directly in the Visit Connect Web browser.
You will not receive the leads from the Smart Badge Reader until after the trade show, when the reader has been returned.
You will then receive an e-mail from us in which you can download your leads in the My Easyfairs environment.
13. Why do you need two lead generation tools?
The use of the Smart Badge Reader is initiated by the visitor. This is because the visitor decides whether or not to hold his Smart Badge against the reader. Visit Connect is initiated by the exhibitor. During a conversation, you can determine whether the visitor could be a potential customer. You can then scan the Smart Badge with Visit Connect.
14. Checklist and important deadlines
Checklist
Make sure you have entered the correct company name and that you have registered all your booth crew.
Make sure all your print work is delivered to us and that you have supplied your stand floor plan for electricity etc.
Make sure you have submitted your stand design to us for approval. We would also like to know if you need storage or forklifts.
Make sure you have arranged and passed on everything regarding furniture.
There are various options for your stand. We can help you take care of it and otherwise receive information about the stand.
