Easyfairs app: Optimise your trade fair participation with the event app!

Meet our new event app, with various features that will increase your visibility before, during and after the event. The app allows you to connect with customers, prospects and potential partners at any time.

🚀 Prepare by creating your profile and inviting your team members
Company details are pre-filled from My Easyfairs. Just prepare your schedule during the event using the app, so visitors can communicate with you in advance and schedule appointments at the event.

🤝 Receive personalised recommendations
The app suggests you the most relevant connections. People you are most likely to absolutely want to meet at the event, based on your preferences and interests.

How does it work?

  • Register your booth staff: After registration, they will receive an e-mail to create their account in the app.
  • Set up your user profile: Tell us about your interests and what you are looking for during the event.
  • Download the app: Download the app and enjoy the benefits anytime, anywhere.

Get the most out of your participation!

About three weeks before the event, the app will go live. At that time, you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.

FAQ

The app allows you to connect and schedule appointments with visitors, speakers or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge programme and schedule sessions in your diary, view speaker and exhibitor information and check the floor plan.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs.

After signing up your booth staff, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password, which they can use to log in from now on.

Click the Help? button in the app to get in touch so the mail can still be sent. Or email uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.

Under ‘App users’, you can see all users of the app. If you want to make contact with a visitor to the trade fair, for example, you look for this person and click ‘Show interest’ to express your interest.

In the exhibitor list you will find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show interest’ to express your interest in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat or schedule an appointment.

The entire programme is visible in the app, under the heading programme. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to the agenda, by clicking the ‘Add to agenda’ button next to the session.

Under ‘Recommended for you’, you will see recommendations displayed specifically for you, such as visitors, booth staff, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and your interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
